My name is Lavern “Vern” Coleman. I am the proud owner of this business. I grew up the wonderful small town of Lewisburg, WV (which has been named “America’s Coolest Small Town). I graduated Greenbrier East High School in 1989. I moved to NE Ohio in 1997 and have made it home for me and my family. I bring that small town mentality to the agency. We work hard, treat people fair, and being of service to my fellow neighbors. We are a client first agency. We feel it is important that we spend quality time during the fact finding process, so we get a true understanding of our clients and their needs. After we have done our due diligence, we go to work matching the clients’ needs with the appropriate products. Once we find the best plan for our clients we educate them about the policy and explain the reasons for our choice. If we are not able to place a client with a policy from the extensive product line we offer, we will refer them to one of our network partners.
